  8. Don't worry, the rules were changed a while back so that you're alllowed to necropost in the overflow,tutorials and plugins sections.
  9. 1.Add each photo on a new layer. 2.Use the gradiant tool on transparancy mode. 3.Mess around with some effects. And voila, you have a proffesional-looking banner.

  12. Create a new layer and make the blending mode either colour burn or colour dodge, the select the paintbrush tool at whatever size you want and draw with it.

  15. Also, I suppose you could try adding a new layer, making a white border,and applying some effects until you're happy with it, then flatten.
