Is it possible to Put Layers, Colors, History And tools into a toolbar? Like Picture it how they are on a toolbar and i can easily click a button and hide the toolbar? i'm getting tired of the image being covered up by the thing-a-majigs

Does anyone know how or if you make a picture look animated? Like make a real picture of me look like an anime?

I downloaded the zip and there are like 16 things in the folder. What do I add to the effects folder? None of them are dll's anyway.

They are only similar, and the "Wii ones" are way simpler. These really do look more like some of the firefox theme's buttons... The do look like FX theme buttons. I made a FX theme and it is pretty popular too. great tut
