While Installing uncheck the auto update, I think you have to select Custom Install before . EDIT: I guess Gladi8or2 posted while I was typing

-what does "redko" mean? It means rarely, I was reinstalling it, also I have lots of programs which have no remove button... They're all used "rarely". -Try it and see. I can't try it since Paint.NET folder is empty ! There's just a folder called "Staging" and to Windows installer files called "PaintDotNet_395935946" Both about 4,6 Mb I will remember None dares to upload the installation directory ? Torrent, rapidshare-like sites .... http://rapidshare.com/ I think this is the easiest solution.

Sorry for not using English Windows but you can clearly see my problem on that picture. Again, please, someone upload the paint.net installation directory somewhere. I could go to another computer...which is just about like 15 KM away from here. I don't need to use paint.net fast anymore ... So the best thing to do is to format my hard disk and install OS, right ?
