    This reminds me so much of Fullmetal Alchemist... Let me try real quick. Awesome!!!(For the top zoom, I used Motion blur. I currently don't have that plugin)

    Yeah, Ctrl + Z = undo Ctrl + Y = redo. It's the same in Ms Paint.

    Two ways you could go.. One, LOTS of make-up(Because you know they're all 'dolled' up from makeup) or two you could do this tutorial right here. (It's for photoshop but I've used it on Paint.Net with success)

    I really like this one, I don't remember what I did, so I can't make it again. T-T I tried to do it, but it looked REALLY crappy. Like a a cheesy Horror movie.
