ok im new to paint.net and im having a small issue need some help.... im trying to creaste a scalable vector image from a logo i already have. im trying to upload it to spreadshirt.com as a design. was wondering if there was a way to do it with paint.net or do i have to get a diff program

You need to use a program called InkScape.

Paint.NET does not edit scalable vactor images. InkScape does.

ok i just downloaded it is there a place i can get some tutorials or something for it i wa trying to edit this image.

Just google/bing/yahoo/whatever "inkscape tutorials" and you should find some websites with people more versed in it than us =)
