Rick Brewster
Adobe Illustrator and Paint.NET are completely different types of programs The former is vector based and the latter is (currently) only bitmap or 'pixel' based. Also, we have no plans for supporting read or write of Adobe file formats, simply because of their sheer complexity. Rick Brewster
Well, as I've said before (or maybe not hehe), Paint.NET's document model and rendering code is "layer type agnostic." The UI packaged around it, however, is currently not.
