When I downloaded the drop shadow plug in and the unfreez files they are not showing up in my effects drop down. I made sure that they were .dll files before putting them there. I have checked several times and they are in the effects file. Then I reopen paint.net and they aren't showing up in the drop down. I have followed every tutorial that I can find, including http://boltbait.googlepages.com/install and can't seem to get this done.
