Making Plug-ins

Is their a certain program or file used to create a plug-in? Or a tutorial about how to make one? Because if some gave me a tutorial or a program that could make one a could make some awesome ones

You either use codelab (in the plugin section) or a c# compiler (ex. visual studio) to create plugins. BB has made 2 plugin tutorials in the tut section.

BTW, what search are you using. The forum search, or searchpaint.net ? The second one is a lot better.

Just to let you know though, his tutorial is assuming that you already know some c#. You should spend some time trying to learn it before attempting these tutorials or writing a plugin.
