Here's your tutorial: Add a new layer Draw some ovals in white (overlap them to look like thought bubbles) Feather this layer to soften the bubble edges. Adjust layer opacity for desired effect. Add a new layer. Type your text on this new layer. Done. If you were looking for the secret to the universe, sorry it wasn't more complicated than that.
