Bob
Disable the Anti-Aliasing. In 2.5 Beta, second button from the left. In 2.1, between the grid and the rulers, at the left size of the zoom tools. Or Tools Menu > Anti-Aliasing. Quote No. Way. I've just seen Bob. And... *poof!*—just like that—he disappears into the mist again. ~Helio
Rick Brewster
Disabling anti-aliasing doesn't affect how the Move Selected Pixels tool renders, however. For v2.5 what he's asking for isn't directly possible. You can, however, probably trick things by Image->Resize-ing the image to be larger using Nearest Neighbor resampling (300% ought to do it), doing the rotation, and then resizing back to the original size (again using Nearest Neighbor).
