Mazin
What is the status of metadata support (schemes, filetypes) in paint.net? I am dependent on metadata for interoperability - Desktop search, consistent descriptions, organization, archival information, etc. I would like to see (if it hasn't been done already) EXIF, IPTC, and the newer XMP supported in PDN, JPG, TIFF, and PNG (although you might want to wait until Adobe gets PNG all hashed out). Myrddin
Paint.NET v3.20This release is still in the planning stages. We are hoping to include a metadata editor... So probably within the next few months (three+ with the rate of updates?) Rick Brewster
EXIF metadata is currently preserved for file formats such as JPG. There are no facilities for editing it, nor are any other types of metadata supported.
