icedragoon5
Is there anyway that I can make shapes snap to a grid so that I can make the center of a circle and create another circle with the center at the exact same point? Thanks

MadJik
I would use panelling effect for that. http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=3074 there is a lot of other methodes: 1. in the bottom right of the paint.net screen, you could check the cursor position. And while drawing you've got information in the bottom left. That should be enough for that you want. 2. a.create first circle on a image. Select ouside the circle. Invert the selection (Ctrl+I). Crop to the selection. Enlarge the canvas to the size you want (ex:500x500) and be sure to select anchor=middle. b.create second circle on a new image. Select ouside the circle. Invert the selection (Ctrl+I). Crop to the selection. Enlarge the canvas to the size you want (ex:500x500) and be sure to select anchor=middle. Ctrl+A to select all. Ctrl+C to copy. c.add a new layer on your first image. Ctrl+V to paste the second circle. d.take away unexpected borders...
