markopolo
One question that one of my students asked me when using the clone and paintbrush tool, is that is it possible to change the shape of the clone/paint brush from a circle to a square to a line, like in MS paint? I've found that sometimes, this can be a good thing. Anyone else? Quote Every artist is a cannibal, Every poet is a thief. Rick Brewster
This is not possible in the current version of Paint.NET. markopolo
Would it happen in a future version? Or is there not enough .... demand (I guess is the word) for it? Rick Brewster
The plan is yes, definitely eventually. But not until we have a much more generalized brush system in place, which won't be until at least version 4.0... which we're currently guessing will land in late 2008. markopolo
Oh, I completely understand Rick. I was just curious if anyone else felt how I did Quote Every artist is a cannibal, Every poet is a thief.
