hope7
I downloaded AA's Assistant yesterday & obviously am not doing it right because no matter what I set it on, nothing changes. Am I supposed to add a new layer first?link to thread Edited October 5, 2015 by pdnnoob split post from linked thread
pdnnoob
Hi, Hope! I split your post off from the other thread, as that one was rather old (see forum rule #11) As for your question, AA's Assistant is intended for smoothing out object edges (places where there is a sharp change in transparency) If your image is entirely opaque, AA's Assistant will do nothing for you. That is why, in the original thread, I had the person use Grim Color Reaper to remove the black lines before using AA's Assistant. It's the filling that can change your experience of the sandwich. ~Ego Eram Reputo
david.atwell
I hate to argue with pdnnoob's moderating, but actually, you should be posting this in the thread for that plugin. In this case, dpy's plugin pack. :-) If you need more assistance, please post there. Thanks! The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
