HorridoJoho Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I wanted to use GPLv3 for my plugin source code. However i had to write down a linking exception so that it is allowed to link it with closed source libraries. * The copyright holder give you permission to... * ... link this library against the libraries provided by Paint.NET * copyright holders for plugin development. * ... dynamically load this library in Paint.NET. Do you think that are the right words? Quote
Rick Brewster Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Sorry, but you need to ask the GPL or open source folks what to do for this. We are not lawyers. We can't, and shouldn't, give you an answer on this. Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
