Rick Brewster
I find its spooky that the "Application uptime:" is always 1 minute 9.3 seconds. I don't think this is a Paint.NET bug, but some other conflicting software on the system. HITMAN-X-
Thanks BuzzKill. My old PC die and it was some time before I could get this "monter of power" builded lol. Me love my computer. Also doing a programer course at college now to. Rick I don't think it's the system. This happen when I open up Paint.NET Candidate 1 for the 1st time and I never open it after till I posted the error log. So it open once and that what the error log gave me. The error report repeated it self 6 times for one crash. After I post I went back to redo what I was doing and did the same steps that made the crash and notthing bad happen (everything worked fine). I thinking there a bug that conflicts when updated. Maybe ram still has traces of the old Paint.NET that was open to get the update from and then when being reopen it seeing the old Paint.NET but is getting other data for the new one and does not know what going on ?. mcgoogus
Just to let you know. I believe this is a problem caused by the auto update of .net 3.0. The same exception is thrown in other wpf applications. Try uninstalling .net 3.0 and then reinstall manually. You might have to use the .net 3.0 "clean up" tool before reinstalling.
