Couple of crashlogs

Crashed last night and again just recently I don't think that they are related though.

These are the first times I ever had pdn crash one me the last one waasnt a big deal but the one last night really pissed me off cause I was just finishing up a 30 min. peice. I think it had something to do with the Threshold effect so maybe theres nothing that can be done cause it's not one that came with pdn, idk. The second one crashed while I was trying to convert an image to sepia but I might have accidentaly hit ctrl+P (print) and then ctrl+shift+P(sepia) shortly after.
