If so then read the sticky post which details troubleshooting info about this: The other first thing to do if you have a problem, a question, or anything, is to read the FAQ to see if you're covered: Then, before you post, look in the title bar of Paint.NET, where the version number is listed. As long as it's latest version, you're good to go. Otherwise you need to upgrade (yes this is required), so go here and get it: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html. We absolutely cannot and will not provide help for anything but the latest version of Paint.NET. See the rules in the General Discussion & Questions section for more info. We've had people reporting bugs that are fixed simply by getting the latest version, and we've had people requesting features that are already implemented. So it saves us and you a lot of time if you just make sure you've got the latest version. Thanks!
