Make the glow effect actually make it glow like the lasers in this shot: (it actually adds stuff outside the selected object) That's it. Suggestion: I do my own speech bubbles, rounded rectangles, lines, delete some stuff, fill it on a new layer below with tolerance 68%. Other question: I'm not understanding. Hellfire010 Posted December 7, 2006 Share Posted December 7, 2006 Other question: Try using a gaussian blur effect on a seperate layer, with added colors of course, to make a laser "glow." The glow effect was not intended for that type of glow, as far as I know. Ex: Select the laser beam, copy, and paste onto a new layer above. Apply the guassian blur effect to what looks good for the laser. Perhaps, make several layers and add the same effect, but with different pixel settings, to each blur.
