Aviano Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 I hope someone with more computer savvy than I do can explain to me why after I downloaded Paint.net 3.5.5, all of the plugins that worked in the previous version still are in the "effects" file, but they don't appear in any of the menus when I open Paint.net..........Help please!!!!!
