pdnnoob
so more like an actual picture getting messed up by some noise? If yes, I'm not quite sure how to do it, but I'll try. pdnnoob
There isn't a plugin made for that, but if you combine a few and throw in some layers, you could get the results you are looking for...brb I'll go find some EDIT: here's some plugins that may come in handy Sine Wave Distort Plugin Film, Jitter, and smudge motion blur is built into pdn Edited April 5, 2010 by pdnnoob Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich. epicfail23
thank you very much is there a other way to get files out of the old forum? thx
pdnnoob
Ahhh...great >.< Totally forgot about that. Ask the people who made the plugins to send you a link to the downloads. I don't think I can help you much more than post attempts at making this effect you are looking for. Sorry EDIT: @Sarkut(below) the links in the links are not functional though Edited April 5, 2010 by pdnnoob Quote No, Paint.NET is not spyware...but, installing it is an IQ test. ~BoltBait Blend modes are like the filling in your sandwich. Sarkut
Both of the links pdnnoob gave are functional. Some other distorting methods to try are making irregular Lasso selections, then stretching the selections with the Move Selected Pixels tool. Also, try Smudge with a coarse brush and its new Jitter action set to a fairly low setting. ============================================= I just downloaded both plugin packs by using pdnnoob's links as a starting point. Try a different browser, maybe? I used Firefox. Edited April 5, 2010 by Sarkut
