elminster
Hi, I`ve created a couple of pictures/graphics with Paint.NET and want to insert these graphics into my word document. Which is the best format to save the file in order to use the graphic in word? Should I save my graphics as a .png or as a .bmp or as something different? The word document is a thesis, which will be printed as a pdf and after that it will be printed out with a printer. It would be great if someone could tell me, with which format I do get the best quality in my printout.
BoltBait
PNG will probably work out best for you. It is a lossless format that supports transparency. myoriah
I save my graphics in png format for use in Word and Publisher. I have gotten great quality in my printouts. I use the autodetect setting when I save them and so far have not been disappointed. If you have any doubts best to save first as pdn and then save in the different formats. Good luck!
