Honestly all you have to do is use a reflection on your text on top of a gradient.

Maybe you can go ahead and make in it the newbie playground, but any long time user will know what to do by looking at that picture.

No, you cannot go ahead and do it in the Newbie Playground. There are all sorts of reflection tuts already.
