Ruhana
I'm trying to work on some textures for Unreal, but the transparency values in Paint.NET TGA's show up as white when importing into UnrealEd. Is there a plugin to save alpha info into a separate channel in the TGA? Using Photoshop works fine, but I'd like to work with Paint.NET if I can. Thanks! Urnemanden
I dont know, but you could try save as png and then convert to TGA. Quote About - Website
Rick Brewster
Paint.NET is saving TGA files according to the official TGA specification. Make sure you save as 32-bit, and not 24-bit. The latter does not have an alpha channel at all, so the image is first blended on top of a white background.
