Freddy Hobbs
I'm a pixelpusher. So, sorry if some of my questions could seem a little bit of "lack of knowledge". I use normal transparency for background and I need to change transparency in the background to the E7FFFF transparency.
Myrddin
Greetings Freddy Hobbs. In the Color window, click the More >> icon. Here you will notice a field where you can enter custom hex codes and adjust the transparency levels. With your colour set, all to be done now is select your canvas (Ctrl + A or any of the selection tools ( :LassoTool: )) and strike the Backspace key on your keyboard to fill that selection with your primary colour. LFC4EVER
To add to what Myrddin said, if you want to fill something with a colour with transparency, then you may need to change the mode to: :NormalBlending: or :OverwriteBlending: depending on what you wish to do.
