Plug-in request poll: anti-aliased selection tool

Would anyone benefit from an anti-aliased selection tool? Would anyone care to make a plug-in?

Yes, I think an anti-aliasing tool would be helpful, if something like that is possible at all... But no, I won't do a plugin for that one (since I don't know how this tool should work) ...

I know I brought it up once some time ago to Rick, and he said that it'd require a complete re-write of the selection code.

I'm not even sure if it's possible to effect the selection bounds themselves with the Plug-in framework. I've never looked at the code, as I probably wouldn't understand 99% of it anyway...

Why are you making a poll for this? It's not possible to make a plugin for this. It would require an extensive rewrite of much of Paint.NET.
