Scatter plugin request

hi, I as wondering if it was possible to make a plugin like Fragment (or even, just change the Fragment source code if you have the right to do so), except it would also rotate each duplicated image at a random angle.

Like so:

The original image is a square.

With Fragment, you'd get this:

With Scatter, you'd get this:

I'm guessing you'd need a Scatter count slider for the amount of times the image is repeated, a distance slider, and a Randomize button, . Possibly a pie slider like the one in Conditional Hue/Sat, to choose maximum and minimum angles, and a checkbox for random distance. Is anyone willing to try?

I've actually dinked around with something like this a little bit and was planning on releasing a plugin eventually. Your request just put the item higher on the list.

I won't have any time to work on it really until Christmas Break, though. Still, that's not too far off.

Smudge is just awaiting a benchmark log from Mike Ryan so that I can figure out why it's being so slow on only his computer (out of my beta testers). After I get the log, I can make the necessary modifications, and it should be ready for release.
