Niels Boar
Is there any way to save a file in eps format or save in tiff format without LZW compression? Thanks

janettsue
Zamzar http://www.zamzar.com/ is a free program that will convert files from one format to another and email you the file. Many file types can be converted to a Tagged image file format but eps is not on their list. As far as avoding the LZW compression I don't know. I thought the Lempel-Ziv-Welch was a loss less. I am mostly ignorant when it comes to file types and how they work. I do think there are two kinds of eps formats. One being a vector the other not. I would think if it was not vector you run the risk of your image being distorted when uploaded but again I confess ignorance with most of this. I use zamzar to take the music from YouTube videos and convert the music to mp3. For that , Zamzar is great. Good luck to you. Quote "One can't complain. I have my friends.
