FiveM Seconday color option

So I’m aware that you can make a livery transparent and you be able to choose whatever color you want in the primary color section of VMenu in FiveM. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what color I have to make a portion of the livery for me to be able to pick a color for it. 
 

it is done on a 2014 charger and the doors and middle part are one color that is changed in secondary color and the rest is changed with the primary color. 
 

I suppose a better question would be is it something I need to do with it in paint.net or something in the actually vehicle?
