Simon Brown
Hello deadpool, welcome to the forums. Unfortunatly, such a plugin would be impossible to write for two reasons: [*:3m0y6f7o]Plugins cannot change the canvas size.[*:3m0y6f7o]Plugins cannot (at least they are not suppost to) run in real-time with PDN. However, you could suggest that this feature be incorporated into Paint.NET itself.

Myrddin
Unfortunatly, such a plugin would be impossible to write for two reasons: [*:33iakwyp]Plugins cannot change the canvas size.[*:33iakwyp]Plugins cannot (at least they are not suppost to) run in real-time with PDN. However, despite not having plugins for these features, you can resize the canvas via the menu command Image > Canvas Size. Whilst it's not as manual as MS Paint, it does get the job done, if a little more accurate as well.As for the image navigator for when you're zoomed in, that has been the topic of discussion a few times ([1], [2]). As you will read, the idea hasn't been debunked, just sat on for pondering of a suitable means to implement an image navigator. Chances are, though, you won't see anything of the like soon within the 3.xx series of Paint.NET. (That doesn't mean you will with the first release of v4, mind.)
