DuggleB Posted July 16, 2020 Share Posted July 16, 2020 Have managed to scan most of the time, but occasionally the Acquire | scanner button is greyed out. Printer/scanner is Canon MG series, I can ALWAYS print to the printer, and if I try another graphics program, THAT program can see the scanner even if Paint.NET can't. Even turning paint.net off then on again doesn't resolve the issue, but probably another day it will work as usual. My issue is that it intermittently greys out the button, some days, like today, I can acquire OK, but other days it's greyed out. Same Printer scanner, switched on for a good few minutes before trying to scan, same laptop, it just comes & goes.
