E-sy
I get this error if I try to install Paint.net 4.2.9 Quote The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the Temp folder. Thats not true though, the problem is that my default user and profiles are not inside C:\user\<username> This also breaks the installation of the VC runtimes, but I could install them manually.I did this with paint.net too, but its quite inconvenient and I would need to capture the registries on a clean PC and apply it to the other desktop to get thumbnails working. So maybe, an option would be nice to have, e.g change the temp dir. This would be a simple fix that wouldn't require more research. Rick Brewster
If you open up %TEMP% where does it take you? That's the folder it's talking about This is the only time this has ever happened in 15 years, I'm not really inclined to do a bunch of debugging and engineering work because 1 person has an (honestly) weird configuration ... especially if other software can't handle it either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
