Both OptiPngFileType.dll and optipng.exe need to be in the FileTypes directory. This plugin is compatible with Paint.NET v3.5 and v4.x. Download OptiPNG.zip Changes - Image Resolution is now retained. - UI fixes for HiDPI and Dark Theme. - The bundled OptiPNG executable is at the latest version (0.7.7) Based on code from @I Like Pi and @null54.
