Well ,I wanted to start up Paint.net until a message appeared ,saying that Framework64\v4.0.30319\ made it so I couldn't open this software. So ,I thought reinstalling the last version would work ,but then :

I keep getting this error when I try to uninstall Paint.net. Pretty weird as I didn't do anything such as downloading before this popped out. Is there a way to either make Framework64 work correctly or stop this error from occuring? Thanks!

I'll definitely try to get a screenshot of both errors.

Hello @Azuméwi and Welcome :D.

Please try this:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall

and then try to download PDN again via here:

 http://www.dotpdn.com/downloads/pdn.html

I hope that works for you.
