Help for a layman?

Recommended Posts

Hi there - you could:

1.  Google for some golden frames and 'Save As' to desktop (or a folder).

2.  Upload the image you want the frame to surround - which will be on its own layer.

3.  Upload the frame - which will also be on its own layer.

4.  With the magic wand click on the white area of the frame and hit delete to make it transparent.

5.  With the Rectangle Select Tool :RectangleSelectTool: encase the frame and move the 'nubs' to fit the size of your image.

6.  Flatten and save.

This may sound simplistic, but maybe more difficult than it sounds for someone doing this to start off.

Good Luck .
