Okay, you all are very strange folks. I went to your site Simon and there is no download link. Everything that I click on keeps redirecting me back to one of your other related posts. Either the site is false, or something's missing.

I downloaded your Special Effect and installed it into my Effects file under Paint.net. Forgive me for saying this, your program doesn't work. I have followed every step of your instructions. I used the effect and adjusted it and not a darn thing happens.
