Your gallery is astonishing! I love the new items, keep up the great work.

the links to the plug-ins used and how to install brushes are in the main post. Here is a result of my own tutorial that i did without any brushes
Cool. I think I even like that one more than the brush set. Nice job! I guess you used some smudging effects and stuff in there.

You mean you will.... now so if I wanted to I could install pdn. I may, I may. -
Sorry, don't mean to correct you, but you spelled innovative wrong on your darkshock studio editor image. Nice image though, also love the massive sig update.

I think you should have a try with them, they are lots of fun too. Just try making something abstract with random plugins. I love using the gradient bars plugin.I've tried wallpapers, but I never really do that well with them. I just have a very high passion for signatures. I might try wallpapers again in the future. -
that's awesome, I should have a word with the IT department at my school to do that, cause PDN is amazing!my entire high school's computers have paint.NET installed on them for your use. -
Me too, I like the colors that came out of it. I got lucky with the blend modes, lol .I think its turned out really nicely -
Yeah, thank you. I just love using Pyro's gradient bars plugin . Then I added in a checkerboard to give it a transparent feel. Used lots of blend modes in that one.i like the new bits but i think your transparent sea is the best and has lots of potential -
Also, I thought I'd show you what I have been doing for the past month and a half with most of my free time. I have been working on Logotournament contests and currently I am in fourth place (hopefully gonna be first) for SpaceBag!
If I won that contest, that would be amazing... that product line is very well known all over the world, and if I got to say that I made their logo, it would be pure Awesomeness!! Also with the contest having over 670 submissions, it is crazy that mine is even near the top. The prize money is also $550 USD, which is a large amount for a logo contest. Go check logotournament out if you have time, but you need a paypal account and a vector editing program if you want to enter any contests. I use Inkscape combined with Scribus and Ghostscript, which all works fine for me (since they are all free).

Really? I've only had a link to it since I first started out on the forums... doesn't anybody look at that? Update coming later today around 2- 2:30 pm CST.nice work keep it up and i didn't know you even had a gallery on the foum 'till now -
Thanks minoeman! I am glad to see you revived my topic, nobody has posted on here in a while. I will also try to update this tomorrow when I have some free time.I like your siggy! It's awesome. -
Well obviously then you haven't explored the power of CS4. But if you like PDN better than CS4, good for you. I like all the plugin variations too.I have Photoshop CS4, and I hate it ... It seriously has like 20 effects. -
Cool, I guess I have got a head start then.Especially given that C# and Java are practically the same (despite generally being used with different frameworks). -
Very cool tutorial, I have always wondered how you did this flip
I may have to try this one out too

that would be awesome if you did make a smoke plugin i would totally use it all the time.
Maybe I will do it in the future if I ever do learn how to program, might be a while, but you could ask another member who is a computer programmer, such as Simon, Pyrochild, Madjik, and many others.

Very nice tut, but I am also leaning towards making things 100% pdn, but a very nice effect. Maybe making a smoke plugin could be on my agenda if I figure out how to program one.

Just noticed the update. Looking great, keep up the awesome work. What software do you use to make plugins, and do you have any links for good tutorials?

Cool, the video frame looks very great. Nice job with that, hope your video turns out well for you

They are ok, but they don't really seem to match well... and I'm not sure about the render and text on the sig.
As for the avatar, I'd change around the font again, and do something else with that green 'W' in the bottom right corner.

Found one
http://www.drawingcoach.com/computer-drawing-tablet.html Watch the video too, he talks about pdn quite nicely.

Nice find!Paint.Net is on the DVD you get with issue 168 of PC Power Play Australia with the comment "Surprisingly functional image editing". GIMP wasn't on there so nahhh.
