I'm trying to learn to use then a little bit better so I will be ready to use them once Paint.NET gets actually support for brushes.

Do you know when that will be implemented in PdN?

I like how you are experimenting with brushes, but I would really suggest trying art without C4Ds, brushes, and other work not made by you. Just try using a blank page, and some imagination, and experiment with some plugins.

I use Screen Toaster. it's free but you have to add your own text and stuff

Yeah, but with that online video recording software, you can't do much of the editing aspect.

Really? How are you liking it? I was thinking about getting Vegas Pro 9, but at $600 you can forget it. Even the student version is a lot.

Yeah, Vegas Pro is a lot more pricey, and Sony Vegas Studio has all my needs in it... I just love all the effects and everything that comes with it.

Yeah, Vegas Pro is a lot more pricey, and Sony Vegas Studio has all my needs in it... I just love all the effects and everything that comes with it.
