  1. They are really nice. You must also be new to Paint.NET I assume. My favorite would have to be the last one, although it is far too big to use as a signature.
  2. Haha, thanks. While I was in the shower just a few minutes ago, I totally realized that I hadn't set up the title to reflect it as a [soon-to-be] gallery. Thanks to you as well Mikoz. EDITx2: OK. I finished my second sig. I made two variations of it. Here they are: As you can see, there isn't a whole bunch difference. I like them both, but I lean more towards the second. Please tell me what you think about'em, and if I've made an improvement.
  3. Thanks. I've only used Photoshop 7 for my photography class a few times, and back in the day, I used Microsoft Picture It 9.0 for extremely simple signatures. If I remember correctly, I tried to experiment with GIMP once or twice. I tried to, and then I realized it wasn't thick enough to even notice it after I uploaded it. xD
  4. Thanks. And I totally agree, especially with the color scheme. About 90% through, I wanted to change it, but I got too lazy. xD
  5. I have been away from the forums for far too long. Things such as school, moving, church, etc. has been crowding my life. But don't be afraid! I have not given up PDN. I am on my journey back to it's heart. Welcome to my small, yet growing gallery. Signatures ^Inspired by Salu's current signature. ^Complete and utter randomness. Why is there no border? Nobody knows. Click for the original wallpaper. Video Game Signatures ^First ever PDN project. ^Inspired by Crimson's style. Avatars ^First actually matching avatar. Tutorial Followers ^Tom Jackson's How To Start A Fire In PDN Tut ^THS's Photoshop Looking Sig Tut ^pyrochild's Most Copied Sig Tut Any comments, suggestions, ratings would be much appreciated.
  6. Since you're still just beginning to learn Paint.NET, I'd suggest start by doing something simple. Add a border, for example. Or add a sun in the background. Start with small steps, then as you learn you'll find yourself being more and more ambitious. Looks pretty darn good as it is, though. You are an excellent tutorial follower Thanks. But starting with small-steps will be difficult for me, I won't lie. I'm one of those people who kind-a likes to jump the gun, so to speak. Especially with graphic design because I've always been so in love with it. I'll mess around with this tut some more and see what I come up with. EDIT: K, so... I messed around with about 7 other plugins I got off of here and made the picture look amazing sweet, in my opinion. However, I wasn't paying attention to what I was saving it as and put "1.1" in the name, and now I can't open it. xD
  7. Okay. So this was my very first time using PDN, so I didn't throw in any creativity and just followed pyro's tut to the best of my ability. Here it is: Can somebody give any tips to improve it a bit?
