Oh my god. That was an amazing gallery. The Mario picture was so clean and creative, and the first picture of the gallery really draws people in. Very nice work. So cleeaannn! and the pictures above me are stunning too. I like the last one.

I will go right now. And hopefully, those viewers are critics who will potentially put photoshop out of business.

40 minute signature done this morning, I'm proud, but the background is wayyyy to dark, you guys probably can't even see the effects done in the background...

These are the updates. Woot! Please rate them.. Here is the original wallpaper. Here are the revamped versions! I just used the relief plugin here, I think it looks cool... This is one of the cooler looking ones! I Love the dark effect. I just duplicated the layer, made it black and white, than I merged It... This is the difference one, I think its nice usage... And this is the last one..Used with Negatation..I just love it... Please rate them!

I think i already commented on it.. I forgot to say that the straight lines to the far left were unintended...

(GTA 4 actually got me addicted, I HAVE 31% done! WOO!!!! I got it two days ago too..) Anywayz, here is a new signature. I really like the border. The text annoys me though. OH bloody potato! I FORGOT TO ADD LIGHTING!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! :evil: Update: This is the new one... Didnt add lighting because It is too late.. I give it a 6.5/10 - 7/10

Making a render blend with the background layer is essential to a tag/signature. It is as easy as making a gradient, setting it to overlay, and turning the opacity to around 50-ish, or making the render slightly transparent. Letting the background overlap onto the render is also a well used technique, usually by champjev. Wait - are we supposed to be giving advice? (Warning, mine is very vague, but thats the way i did it with my recent one.) Also, expressing emotion within signatures usually helps their effect. People within my gallery say the best works of art I have made are the ones I was expressing my anger in. You should try to show emotion, like I cluddered renders and transparencies of colors, along with different effects, to make an anger look. Mixing different colors to make a cool effect shows good emotion, or Mood. If you want to be lazy and cut out renders using the magic wand, it is essential that you use basic antialias, feather, soften edges, or any other type of plugin that softens the edges of the render. Do not use any type of blur, unless you are trying to move towards that effect! Personally, I advise the tutorial, "Cutting out Pictures, the easy way".
