  1. A HUGE thank you to : ninjaman, welshblue, barbieq, dug, jim, llke, and Ahmed. I keep your suggestions in mind, so don't think I'm ignoring you. I liked making "Golden Touch" and it was a little challenging, but reading all your responses, I'm glad I did a photo manip.

    @Ahmed: I think there's a tutorial written by someone else (csm725):

    HERE

  2. Gothic Dreams is lovely. I like how the jewel is horizontally-placed like that. The background. Oh my gosh. It's a beauty. I like the soft, glowy parts to it. The Christmas image is so cute! I like the simple style to it and the tree being red is a little different than the traditional green color. Summer Fish is awesome. The outlined parts of it is just amazing--your style somewhat reminds me of stained-glass work.

  3. I looked over your tutorial yesterday and I liked it very much and the end result is fabulous. The text with the watery background is nicely made. If you would use the blend modes (probably Overlay), then it would like the text was part of the water.

  4. There are a few jaggies around the guitar and I think that the bench should probably be lighter (maybe the guitar should have some highlights from the light), but those are the only things I noticed that could be changed. Maybe the lens flare shouldn't be so blurred out and have a sharper look to it, too. Otherwise, it looks so fairy-tale like and I like how the girl is positioned correctly--facing the light.

  5. Dug, you did all that?! *shocking smiley* That's extraordinary! For some reason, your work reminds me of this author, Alvin Shwartz, who writes horror stories. You two have a very similar style, but your's is much nicer to look at and even humorous. By the way, the word "perusal" was one of my vocabulary words when I was a senior in high school and I remember thinking to myself, how do I put it into a sentence? I wasn't sure how to use it, so I wrote a sentence using "peruse," instead. It's so weird how it brought back that memory.
