How do I download plugins or .dll files? I know this question was probably asked before, but I am having difficulties. I downloaded the feather dll file okay by using some program from online (I forgot which one I used), but is there an easier way?

Well, what I mean is that when the object is selected (the one I want to move), there's the purplish box around it. When I try to move it, the purplish box moves, but not the actual image/object.

Okay, when I add a layer I want to see what happens to it. For example, I added a glow in the second layer, but you can't see it in a big screen only in the Layers' window. Is it even possible to see the change of the layers?

And one more question, there's a shape I selected in the picture and I want to move it, but it will not. I moved shapes before, but now it won't work any more. What am I doing wrong?
