  1. Some of these exception messages are indicative of bad system memory (RAM).

The fact that you're also having BSOD issues enforces this theory.

It looks like your laptop is nearly 12 years old. Probably time to replace it.

My hard disk makes a clicking sound

Yep, this is an indicator that your hard disk is failing. You should replace it as soon as possible; ideally with an SSD.

This is an unsupported configuration of Windows 11. (unsupported by Microsoft)

Might be the NahimicOSD causing issues.

Try to remove it, and possibly the other A-Volute software too.

  4. This was changed in Paint.NET v5.0.4 to make the image more accurate at different zoom levels.

    • Improved: The rendering quality of the canvas area has been greatly improved
      • Gamma correction is now used for mipmap generation and compositing, ensuring consistent luminance (brightness) and higher quality antialiasing.
      • Multisampling is now used for antialiasing, which eliminates pixelation distortions when zooming in, and greatly reduces aliasing artifacts when zooming out.

This is not the same problem, so I've moved your post to a separate topic

Do you think Sophos is interfering here? Please try to temporarily disable Sophos, and see if it makes a difference.

and how do i rescale it back to the original resolution?

You wouldn't. That kinda of defeats the purpose.

If you need images at the original resolution, you'll need to redraw your sprites, with the adjusted rotation in mind from the start.
