Whew! I was worried this weekend that I had missed the deadline so I stayed up late last night producing (two) Tron-themed sigs...no internet at my apartment is killing me...however they are not perfect and I'll tweak a bit tonight and then post tomorrow...

Copy will copy whatever selection you have onto the clipboard (much like text) and then paste will paste that selection onto whatever layer you have selected at the moment. Then you're free to move that pasted selection anywhere you'd like.
