garyn
Hi everyone I have been using paint.net for over 2 years. I am a freelance fashion designer. I have no idea how to use photoshop or cs3 and would rather continue to use this. My clients are happy with the work I produce for them and so why not?! The only problem I seem to have is that I don't know how to make my sketches to a higher resolution? i.e, so that things like pocket/collar definition is much better etc. At the moment I simply open up paint.net and design but I wondered if there was a way to work at a higher resolution (is that the right word?) david.atwell
Sure is! Hit "New" and change the DPI. Most printers use 300 DPI. You can also change it in the "Resize" menu. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
