Is it possible to make just part of the picture black and white and leave the rest of it color? Like I want my eyes to stay blue but i want the rest of it black and white...does anyone know how to do that?

There's a tutorial, but it's got an odd title. Look for "Pleasantville Effect."

Hope this helps!

If the cutout listed isn't good enough for what you're trying to do, look in the Tutorials forum for "Cutting out images the Easy way! v2"

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

There are many ways to mix color into Black & White Images......

Yhe easiest is as follows....

1) open image

2) under Layer select Duplicate Layer

3) you are now on the duplicate or top layer

4) under Adjustments select Black & White which converts this top layer

5) now from the tools select eraser

6) now erase the parts that you want to color...the color on the layer below will appear

Fast and easy and doesn't require any difficult selection process......
