Graham
I was currently running version 3.05 on Vista with no issues. I tried to upgrade to version 3.10 and it failed. I also tried to try release candidate 1 3.20 but it gave the same error. I have tried to reinstall .netframework but it gives a error that it is already installed and is part of the operating system. I also tried to use the cleanup utility but it won't work on vista. Below is the error I receive
Pantera1395
I'm running on Vista Inspirit Ultimate 2, which is a bricopack. I got a similar error when I tried to install the upgrade. It created about 30-40 quick-launch icons, and about 50 desktop icons. I don't know how that happened! So I tried deleting it, then I re-installed it. Somehow that fixed it..... Strange, strange bricopacks Theres a reason there free..... haha Quote Myspace, Hack this site.org, My DAmn page

Graham: Download the 3.20 final, if you still get the same error, let us know.
