Donny Bahama
Is there some way I can take a rectangular selection and reduce the height on just one side of it to create a trapezoid? (The idea is to make it look as though the object is being viewed from an angle.) Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
david.atwell
Try "Rotate/Zoom". It's located in the Layers menu, or use Ctrl+Shift+Z. It's awesome - one of the best things about this program. :-) Or, you could take a look at MKT's Shape3D plugin. Hope this helps! Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... barkbark00
As D.A stated, try going to Layers > Rotate/Zoom. You could also try using evanolds' Octagonal/Quad reshape/matte plugin using the 'Reshape' options. Both will do what you are looking for with varying levels of success... If you are looking to be able to 'draw' trapezoid shapes, aphillips has written some modifications to the Paint.NET source code, allowing for some pretty cool drawing options...
