Rick Brewster Posted December 6, 2005 Share Posted December 6, 2005 For Paint.NET you want the .NET 1.1 Framework redistributable, not the SDK (Software Development Kit). The SDK might install the framework/runtime as well, but hey it's about 1000x the download size. 1.1 and 2.0 can coexist. For some reason your 1.1 was uninstalled (as evidenced by only 2 files in the %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\v1.1.4322 directory).
