Well, PDN will automatically constrain the image proportions so that the scaled image doesn't look skewed. If you need it to be 320px tall after the scaling, you can use Image -> Canvas Size and shrink the height down the three pixels. Make sure the Maintain Aspect Ratio checkbox at the top is NOT checked for this one.

Alternately, after the image has been scaled, you can draw a rectangular selection as wide as the image and 320 pixels tall and crop the image down ([Ctrl]+[shift]+[X]). If you need to fine-tune the placement of the section of the image you need to keep, this is the better way. Canvas Size will anchor the canvas at one of 9 points - Rectangular Selection cropping will let you fine-tune the area that's left.
